Third, apply antirust agent to the leather dryer equipment: when the machinery and equipment leave the factory, all components have been wiped with antirust agent, but there will be some damage after application for a period of time. If the rusted parts need to be cleaned first. Apply antirust agent again.
Fourth, passivation treatment and phosphating treatment are used for machinery and equipment. In production, many spare parts are made of carbon steel. If you work for a long time, it is very easy to turn into a lot of rust on the surface, and you often need to carry out a lot of manual antirust treatment, which will improve the amount of labor. However, passivation treatment and phosphating treatment are mainly based on electricity and electrochemical corrosion, which can expose the original color of metal materials on the surface of rusty steel parts. At the same time, they will continue to be transformed into a solid antirust treatment layer on the surface of metal materials. After the application of this method, even if the dryer equipment is placed in the wet and cold natural environment, it is not easy to rust. Passivation treatment and phosphating anti-corrosion method is an applied and common anti-corrosion method.
